How the Family Building Program Works
Sign up to enlist yourself as our Family Building Partner and start referring potential candidates.
A potential Surrogate should meet these requirements:
- Ages 21 – 37
- Have at least one child of her
- BMI under 32
- Able to pass a background screening
- Either be a U.S. Citizen or a U.S. Permanent Resident of AZ, CA, CO, DC, DE, IL, IN, FL, MA, MD, ME, MO, NH, NJ, NV, OH, OK, OR, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VT, or WA
You don’t have to be an expert about the process or details to start referring. Simply ensure that your candidate signs up and we will answer all the questions your referrals have.
As your surrogacy candidate moves forward and passes through the screening processes, you will start earning cash rewards for the referrals. The total referral reward for each successful referral is $1000, which you will be credited over 3 payment milestones as your candidate passes each screening.
You can reach the first payment milestone of $200 as soon as 2 weeks after your candidate submits her application.
Build Your Team and Earn More
You can create your own team of Family Building Partners and earn even more.
If you know someone who may not be a suitable candidate to be a Surrogate, they can be a Family Building Partner like you.
As your team grows, your earnings rise exponentially and without limits.
What is Gestational Surrogacy?
In the gestational surrogacy process, sperm and egg are provided by the Intended Parents or both can come from donors. The intended mother or egg donor goes through an IVF cycle and her eggs are retrieved. The intended father or sperm donor contributes sperm. The eggs and sperm are then combined in a lab for fertilization and embryo creation through IVF.
The resulting embryo(s) are transferred to the Gestational Carrier/Gestational Surrogate’s uterus for carrying the pregnancy. This way, the Surrogate has no genetic relationship with the baby. Even before the Gestational Surrogate delivers the baby, the legal parenthood custody of the baby is established under the Intended Parents.
The Surrogate Mother gets monetary compensation for her time and compassion. Typically, a first time Surrogate earns $43,000 to $60,000 + bonuses and experienced Surrogates earn even more.
