You've got an account and you're in the right program already. This is the short tour. Five minutes, and honestly the first two parts are the only ones that really matter.
Where to find your referral link
Your link
It's at the top of your home screen. Copy it from there.
Everything depends on this one thing. If she applies through your link, the referral is credited to you. If she applies without it, it isn't, and nobody can go back and fix it afterwards. That's not a rule anyone is enforcing. It's just how the tracking works.
So send her the link. Don't tell her to go and find the application herself, however much easier that feels in the moment.
The Advocate Community

People post in there all day. Someone asking what to say when a candidate's first question is how much she'd get paid. Someone posting that her cousin finally applied after six weeks of saying she would. Someone admitting she's sent fourteen messages and heard back from nobody.
Post your own. Ask the thing you think is too basic to ask, because it won't be. The community is there to support you and share experiences and tips.
This is worth more than it looks. The job is quieter than most. You have a handful of conversations, half of them go nowhere, and there's nobody sitting next to you to tell you that's completely normal. The Community tab is where that happens.
The team is in there too, so real questions get real answers. But the useful reply is usually another advocate who hit the same wall last month and can tell you what she did about it.

Referrals — where you check on anyone you've referred, without having to ask us.
Issues getting in
There’s no password
Log in with your phone number and the app texts you a code. People go looking for a password field, don’t find one, and assume something’s broken. Nothing’s broken.
Two things before you go
Send your link to one person
Not a campaign. One person, today. It can be as small as texting a friend “Have you heard about egg donation? It’s a great way to help, and I thought of you” and leaving it there.
Then post in the Community that you’ve started. Someone will say something back, and you’ll have done the hardest part of the week already.
