If you landed here after applying to be a donor yourself, this is a separate thing, not a follow-up to that application. If you found us some other way, ignore that entirely.

However much room you have is enough
Some advocates build a routine around this. Others fit it around a full-time job and don't think about it until something comes up at dinner. Both work. There's no quota and nobody checking.
One conversation with the right person beats a month of effort aimed at the wrong ones.

You're looking for women between 19 and 31. Younger cousins. Someone's sister. The girl who cut your hair last month. Because Lucina takes applications from every state, the friend who moved to Denver still counts. Step 2 goes through this properly.
